dealerTEL Services provides telecommunications consulting specifically designed for automobile dealerships, including:

- Cloud-based phone system design
- Call intelligence and analytics design
- Ongoing consultation
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, you agree to:

PAYMENT TERMS

Our complimentary telecom audit service is provided at no cost with no obligation to purchase additional services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dealerTEL Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dealerTEL Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you provide to us
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- Your access to our services will cease
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We may delete your data according to our retention policies
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vero Beach, Florida
